Rigid augers

They are able to convey any type of dry material in granular or powder form, starting from the bottom of the silo or from loose piles and guaranteeing the flow rates requested by customers and a delicate treatment of the products. A wide range of augers are produced both in galvanized iron and stainless steel, of different lengths and diameters, designed to meet the most specific needs of breeders.

Rigid augers on mobile trolleys enable easy handling of grain, feed and other bulk products on the farm. Their versatility and the ability to move them easily from one site to another make them suitable for a variety of needs. They are available in various lengths and diameters and can be equipped with hoppers of different sizes.

The rigid tubular augers mod. CAG are particularly suitable for filling mixer wagons; they are equipped with a three-phase motor complete with casing and a joint with cardan joint to ensure complete emptying of the silo bottom. They are available in different lengths and diameters, depending on the breeder's needs.

The vertical auger mod. CINT is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized iron and is equipped with a motor located at the upper end and a hopper for receiving bulk product with a lid at the base. Vertical augers are available in different lengths and diameters depending on the need and height of the silo to be loaded.

This conveyor system is used to convey feed and grain that is stored in different silos placed in batteries; channel augers are also used to feed liquid feed preparation tanks for pigs, giving the farmer the opportunity to automate feed management within the farm. This type of auger is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized iron with a cover and is equipped with a motor and speed reducer.

Our hydraulically operated augers are specifically designed for unloading or retrieving seeds, grains and fertilizers in agricultural trailers. They are available in different lengths and diameters, in fixed or foldable versions, and can be made of galvanized iron or stainless steel, with central or lateral unloading, depending on the type of product to be conveyed.
